Graduated from Peking University majoring in law. Dealt with the trial of economic cases in Beijing intermediate people's court. Engaged in research work in information center in national library, and obtained the certified economist in the Ministry of Culture. Acted as practice lawyer in Huizhong Law office and Wansen Law office in Beijing successively since 1993, handled more than 200 contentious cases and non-contentious cases and acted as the legal consultant for about 20 enterprises as Baihua Group in Beijing culture Bureau.
The cases ever handled include Trust & Investment Company in Liaoning Industrial & Commercial Bank VS an Export -Import company in Hainan on project financing contract with the object amounting to 60 million yuan; the brokerage contract disputation between WFOE(Hong Kong) Yong Lun Building Material International Co. Ltd., defend for the criminal case manufacturing and selling of drugs in Beijing; extraordinary smuggling case by international smuggling ring on rare wild animal product and ammunition.
Published many articles on contract law, company law, civil reparation and financial law. Be expert in lawsuits, especially those concerning the disputation of real estate and company affairs and acting as long-term legal consultant.
