He graduated from the Law Department of Beijing University. Being an expert of the foreign investment law, he holds the posts of part-time professor, arbitrator of China International Economy & Trade Arbitration Commission, council member of China International Law Association and consultant of China International Law Consultancy Center. He is well experienced in the field of economy and law and has taken the posts of the leader of some large corporations of light industry and chemical industry, the director of the law Department of China Import & Export Administrative Commission and the director of Foreign Investment Administrative Commission. Moreover, he is holding the posts of the law consultant of the Law and Treaty Department of the ministry Foreign Economy and Trade cooperation and the director of China Research Commission of International Trade Contracts. He took part in the drafting work of many foreign economic laws and regulations and led the China government's delegations to negotiate with more than 30 countries and drafted a lot of international agreements on protection of foreign investment , trade， economic & technical co-operation. In the courses of these negotiations, he studied deeply the laws of many countries, such as USA, UK, Germany, France, Italy, Japan, etc. He was once a tutor of graduate students. His articles were published by many publications, such as <International Law Annual>. He has attended many important foreign cases and held the post of law consultant of several large international trade corporations. He is good at settling law cases on foreign investment.
