He graduated from the Law Department of the People's University of China. He was awarded the qualification of defining the property right of the technical corporations by the government. He became a lawyer in 1984 and then held the post of law consultant of General Bureau of the National Civil Aviation and Rear-Service Department of the Air Force of Beijing. The typical cases he handled are as follows: attending the negotiation of a project of investment in China of 13 companies of Korea, the Wensha clothes' sale held by GFT Group of Italy, the purchase of a special train made by Honglilai General Co Ltd of Hai Nan and the circulating necessary funds of Highway construction in Guang Dong of a corporation of USA. He is good at arbitration and litigation of international trade, patent right and copyright.
