He once held the posts of section chief of National Import & Export Administrative Commission Office, director of the Law Department of the Ministry of Foreign Trade & Economy Cooperation before he became a lawyer of Great Wall Law Office. The companies he once and now acts as the law consultant, include: Foreign Economy & Trade Trust Investment Company of China, the Loan Office of China Import & Export Bank, the General Company of Service For Persons Going Abroad, the General Company of Whole Set Equipment Import & Export, the International Advertisement Association of China, etc. He has offered legal service to several large foreign corporations, such as NIKE of USA, Guanqun (CA) Software Co Ltd., Mitsui Co. Ltd., Hitachi Co. Ltd., etc. He is good at civil contract, international trade contract, loan contract, foreign investment contract and other legal service.
